Today was Jaxson's 1 week doctor's appointment, even though he is only 6 days old. He got a really good report card - he has gained 1 inch in length (up to 21" long), his weight is back up to 8 pounds (coming home weight was 7 lb, 11 oz), and his head is now 14.5 inches! He does have an eye infection, and is getting drops 4 times a day, which so far he does not enjoy, but the doctor was pleased with how he is coming along!

He continues to be a good eater and sleeper, and loves to snuggle with us. We're getting about 6 hours of sleep at night even if it does come in 3 hour blocks, so we are thankful that he lets us have that much.
