Happy Late Birthday to Mommy

My birthday was a couple of months ago, but with a new baby, my parents in town, and work being really busy, Trevor didn't get a chance to do anything. So this past weekend he surprised me with an evening on the town. He had his parents drive up while we were at the cider mill Saturday and then they watched Jax while we went to dinner and a 'movie'. He took me to our favorite Indian restaurant and then while headed to the movie theatre, he 'missed' his exit. So, instead we went downtown Kansas City and saw the traveling broadway show The Lion King! Yahoo! I'd been wanting to see this show for a while, and even while we were in NYC,  but it didn't happen. So it was a great surprise.

He also gave me my birthday present - a necklace he designed. The pictures aren't great, but its hard to get close up. You'll get the idea though.

Up close of our birth stones - a Ruby for Jax, a Peridot for me, and a Diamond for Trevor.

The bottom 3 jacks are 'convertible'. I can take that piece on or off, depending on if I want an everyday casual necklace, or a more formal look.
